Terms of Service

Once purchased, lead credits are non-refundable. Credits do not expire while your account is active. If you delete your account, any remaining credits are permanently lost.

Users must not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit scraped lead data obtained through PinLeads outside of their own business operations. Lead data is for your internal sales and marketing use only.

PinLeads is intended for business use only. Users must be 18 years of age or older to create an account and use the service.

Our liability to you is limited to the total amount you have paid to PinLeads in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages.

Any dispute arising from these terms will first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be settled by arbitration in London, England.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
